Unbearable

We are so close;                                                                                                                                                           We are almost there

To a spring filled with sunshine and flowers everywhere.

We are so close to watching a beautiful sky  and the green grass grow;                                           But instead we’re watching that plain pile of snow.

We are so close;                                                                                                                                                           We are almost there

To a spring fulll of enjoyment that we all could share.

But instead we’re stuck in a cold, brutal winter–                                                                                             A winter I cannot bear.
